You Don’t Have to Keep Carrying This Alone.

You may be managing work, school, or family responsibilities well on the outside while feeling stretched thin underneath. Many of the people we work with are capable and high performing, accustomed to carrying responsibilities and meeting expectations.

Over time, the pressure to perform, make sound decisions, and keep everything steady can build quietly. You do not have to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes it is simply time to think more clearly about where you are and what comes next.

A Clearer Phase

When you have space to think clearly, this phase starts to shift. What once felt tangled becomes more manageable.

Focused Support for Life’s Phases

Therapy here is structured and intentional. We focus on helping you think clearly, understand what is driving the pressure, and make steady decisions about how you want to move forward.

About Phases Virginia

Phases Virginia was founded by Brittany Belscher and Whitney Houston, licensed professional counselors. Through online therapy, they work with adults and teens across Virginia who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and meaningful life transitions.

We understand that many clients are capable and dependable, often carrying more than others realize. With backgrounds in community behavioral health and school-based counseling, we have supported adolescents, young adults, and adults through academic pressure, performance expectations, and changing roles.

Our approach is structured and intentional, but also collaborative. Sessions create space to slow things down, think clearly, and make thoughtful adjustments. The goal is steady growth that feels manageable and aligned with the phase you are in.
