Anxiety Screening Tools
Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7)
A 7-item questionnaire that measures the severity of generalized anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks.
Commonly used in primary care and mental health settings.
Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)
A 21-item self-report inventory that focuses on physical and cognitive symptoms of anxiety.
Useful for evaluating the severity of anxiety symptoms.
State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)
